This is a time for moms! It’s easy to be on the back burner as mothers. This time is for you to enjoy adult conversations and have some fun!

Join us for a playgroup after class! It will be fun for you and your kids. Dive into conversations with the other moms while your kids participate in developmental activities that emphasize wonder, discover and creativity.

Join us on a field trip! Bring your little ones for a day of fun!

Come learn from the expert! This is a time when we invite incredible local experts, from PTs, Sleep Consultants, Professional Organizers, Therapists and more. They will share tips and tricks of their field of expertise and answer your questions. Come learn from the best while hanging out some fun mamas. Free to the community!

Do you love books?! Join our Book Club!

Read (or listen to) the book and then join us as we discuss. Whether you read the book or not, join us for some mom-me time! This is a free event. We can't wait to see you there!

We are super excited for our first ever FIT4MOM North Metro Denver Clothing Swap! Hosted at an instructor's house. Register in Pike13 for address.

**everything must be in GIFTABLE condition meaning all the pieces are there, no bad stains/rips/holes, etc. Please label your bags/boxes with your name and sizes (Newborn, 3-6mo, 2/3T, etc)

You don’t have to contribute anything to come! Perfect for expecting first time mamas!

PS — kids are totally welcome, but its definitely easier for you to look through things if they stay home

Come meet up for a free walk. The kiddos can ride in the stroller, walk, or bike along the trail. Meet us in front of Bob L Burger and we will go for a walk on the nature trails!
