Each class ends with time for meditation and reflection, providing time for mom to connect with baby in utero.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. They will share tips and tricks of their field of expertise and answer your questions. Come learn from the best while hanging out some fun mamas. Free to the community!

Come meet up for a free walk. The kiddos can ride in the stroller, walk, or bike along the trail. Meet us in front of Bob L Burger and we will go for a walk on the nature trails!
